Man in Zombie Costume Charged After Austin Coffee Shop Stabbing

A 20-year-old man, Shankar Temple Grace, was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly stabbing two people at Buzz Mill Coffee in Austin while wearing a zombie costume. Both victims were hospitalized; one had life-threatening injuries, and authorities later reported that both were in stable condition. Police say Grace fled in a pickup truck, hit an unoccupied Tesla Cybercab, and was later found on a nearby walking trail.
