Fatal and Serious Crashes Reported Across Four States

In Severna Park, Maryland, 54-year-old Steven Reynolds died after being struck in a crosswalk; police arrested 56-year-old Michael Garner Hilliard, and charging documents say he briefly approached the scene before leaving. In Chesapeake, Virginia, 63-year-old Samuel Bukowski died after being hit by a vehicle in the Great Bridge area; police described the incident as an accident and said it remains under investigation.
