Scooter Rider Killed in Waterbury SUV Crash

Angel Soto, 39, died after his electric scooter collided with an SUV on Reidville Drive in Waterbury, Connecticut, around 8:45 a.m. Wednesday. He was found unresponsive with life-threatening injuries and died shortly after being taken to a hospital. The SUV driver remained at the scene and was not reported injured. Waterbury police are investigating the crash, and no charges have been reported.
