A 25-year-old Lansing woman was killed early Sunday when a westbound Ford Bronco struck the rear of a Ford Escape on Ida West Road near Summerfield Road in Monroe County. The Escape’s driver and another passenger were hospitalized with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening; two Bronco passengers were released at the scene. Police suspect alcohol may have contributed to the crash, which remains under investigation.
