Two Fatal ATV Crashes Under Investigation

David Febres, 55, of Dracut, Massachusetts, died after an ATV crash Saturday afternoon on the Rockingham Recreational Trail in Fremont, New Hampshire. First responders transported him from the trail, and he was flown to Elliot Hospital in Manchester, where he was pronounced dead despite lifesaving efforts. The crash remains under investigation, and New Hampshire Fish and Game urged ATV riders to consider their experience, trail conditions, weather and time of day. In a separate incident, a 39-year-old man died in an ATV crash in Washington Township, New Jersey; its cause is also under investigation.
