Bagel Shops Open, Expand Across Northeast, Florida

Bagel businesses are expanding with new neighborhood locations across several states. PopUp Bagels is opening its first Virginia shop in Arlington, while adding Long Island locations in Garden City, Plainview and Huntington Station; the chain is known for serving hot whole bagels with schmear on the side. Jeff’s Bagel Run has opened a new shop in Poinciana, Florida, offering scratch-made bagels, spreads and specialty coffee. In Ramsey, New Jersey, locally owned Knockout Bagels has also opened, serving New York-style bagels and coffee.
