Justin Baldoni sold his three-bedroom Culver City home for $2.1 million in an off-market deal in August, after buying it for about $1.04 million in 2017 and renovating it. The sale reportedly netted him roughly $1 million before expenses. Baldoni, his wife and their children have relocated to Nashville, while he still owns a home in Ojai. The sale comes after his legal dispute with It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively, which ended in a May 2026 settlement following court rulings that dismissed many of Lively’s claims and Baldoni’s separate lawsuit.
