Belarus said it would bar certain Latvian goods, including canned fish and industrial products, accusing Latvia of an “unfriendly” approach after Latvia closed its border amid disputes over migrant crossings into the EU. Separately, Latvian inspectors blocked a 57.6-kilogram shipment of Armenian green tea after testing found the EU-banned pesticide tolfenpyrad and excessive levels of two other pesticides. The tea cannot be distributed in the EU and is expected to be destroyed or sent outside the bloc.
