A 44-year-old Beloit woman, identified by authorities as Christine Bucsanyi, was arrested on suspicion of a fourth-offense operating while intoxicated after a Rock County deputy investigated a traffic complaint near Janesville on Tuesday night. The deputy located the vehicle in the Town of Rock and reported that the driver showed signs of impairment. A fourth OWI offense is a felony in Wisconsin, and Bucsanyi was taken to the Rock County Jail and scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
