Bowen Says Chat Keeps Modern Family Cast Connected

Julie Bowen says the Modern Family cast stays close through an active group chat, sharing funny and kind messages despite living far apart. The 11-season series became a comfortable, happy place for the cast, she recalled, and their recent chat included Ty Burrell’s appearance on Finding Your Roots. Cast members have also reunited in person since the show ended in 2020, underscoring the friendships they maintained beyond the series.
