Boxabl signs deal for up to 1,500 factory-built homes over three years
Boxabl disclosed a multi-year purchase agreement with LC Vegas Acquisitions to deliver up to 1,500 factory-built homes over three years, roughly 500 per year, marking the company’s largest announced residential arrangement to date. The deal is contingent on project schedules, site readiness, regulatory approvals and other performance conditions, and does not guarantee that all units will be purchased. Boxabl plans to use its expanding product platform, including modular Casita homes, to configure units for specific developments and accelerate construction timelines. The agreement is intended to test whether factory-built housing can be scaled into larger residential communities, with production and delivery subject to individual project requirements. Analysts and sources describe BOXABL’s approach as a potential disruptor in construction, though the contract’s volume represents potential rather than committed backlog and actual revenue may differ. Despite high valuation and profitability challenges, the market has shown optimism about BOXABL’s growth potential as it expands its footprint in the housing sector.
