Bradesco Reports Higher Q3 Profit, Slower Credit Revenue

Banco Bradesco reported higher third-quarter 2026 profits, with recurring net profit rising 14.6% year over year to 7.11 billion reais, while reported net income reached 7.33 billion reais, up from 5.50 billion a year earlier. Net interest income also increased, and nine-month net income totaled 19.65 billion reais, compared with 17.17 billion in the same period last year. However, credit-related revenue growth cooled even as the loan book expanded, and the bank said it was taking a cautious approach to risk amid economic uncertainty. Bradesco’s U.S.-listed shares missed analyst expectations by one cent per share, and the bank announced a slightly higher monthly dividend.
