Breeze Plans Expansion Across US, Caribbean
Breeze Airways is expanding its point-to-point network with new routes linking smaller U.S. markets and leisure destinations, including service between Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and Myrtle Beach and Orlando, and between Myrtle Beach and Boston. The Latrobe flights will restore commercial air service lost after Spirit Airlines shut down, while Breeze is also adding connections from Tampa to Montego Bay, Jamaica, and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, alongside service to St. Thomas. Separately, Breeze plans to begin twice-weekly flights between New York Stewart International Airport and Myrtle Beach on May 28, 2027, with onward service to Fort Lauderdale on the same aircraft. The additions underscore Breeze’s effort to fill gaps left by Spirit and expand its domestic and Caribbean offerings.
