Houston developer Broadview Real Estate plans O27, a 32-story, 520,000-square-foot office tower at 4701 Westheimer Road near the River Oaks District and Galleria, on a site occupied by a former extended-stay hotel. Designed by Austin-based STG Design, the proposed tower would feature a curving glass exterior, a landscaped terrace above a parking deck, and upscale hospitality-style amenities; completion is anticipated in 2028. Broadview is positioning O27 as an ultra-luxury office destination, but a groundbreaking date and equity partner have not been finalized.
