Burna Boy to Headline NFL’s First Paris Game

Burna Boy will headline the halftime show at the NFL’s first regular-season game in Paris on October 25, 2026, when the New Orleans Saints face the Pittsburgh Steelers at Stade de France. In 2025 he became the first African artist to headline a solo concert there, drawing over 80,000 fans. Reacting on X, Burna Boy said “Paris gave me one of the biggest nights of my career, and to walk back into Stade de France for a moment like this means everything.” He said he gets to represent African music and intends to give a show people will not forget. NFL senior director Tim Tubito said there is no artist better suited and that bringing him back creates something memorable, noting African music sits at the heart of what Paris listens to. The game is part of a record nine international games with seven halftime performances. Other acts include Ayra Starr in London, Ricky Martin and Pedro Sampaio in Rio, and Cage the Elephant in Munich. Burna Boy has nine Billboard Hot 100 tracks including a Shakira World Cup collaboration. France is his third-largest streaming market. Broadcasts air on France Télévisions and beIN Sports.
