Trump childhood home in Queens sells for $1.93 million after renovation
The Queens home where current President Donald Trump lived during his first four years has sold for $1.93 million. Built by his father, real estate developer Fred Trump, the Tudor-style property had sat vacant and deteriorated from water damage, mold and feral cats before developer Tommy Lin bought it for $835,000 in 2025. Lin spent more than $500,000 on an eight-month renovation that added a chef’s kitchen, herringbone floors and spa-like bathrooms while retaining the home’s exterior. The sale underscores the continuing real-estate value of the property’s connection to Trump, which has helped attract attention and buyers despite its changing condition and pricing history.
