Elizabeth Holmes Set for 2027 Texas Halfway-House Transfer

Elizabeth Holmes is scheduled to transfer on Aug. 23, 2027 from the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, to the Austin Transitional Center, a halfway house in Del Valle. Victims were notified Sept. 23, 2026 through the Department of Justice Victim Notification System. Rebecca Jarvis shared a screenshot of the notice, writing: BREAKING NEWS: #ElizabethHolmes is leaving prison and transitioning to a halfway house in Del Valle, TX (near Austin) next August according to a notice sent to victims of her crime. Inmate records still project release on Feb. 22, 2030. Holmes was sentenced to more than 11 years in 2022 after conviction on three counts of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud; a judge reduced the sentence by one year in March. She entered FPC Bryan in May 2023. CONTESTED: none found. The notice landed the same day A24 debuted the trailer for You Can See Everything, the Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim documentary that played at Telluride and is set for theatrical release Oct. 16. Left-rated outlets also note the Austin-area location near Billy Evans and her children, and that Ghislaine Maxwell is held at the same prison camp.
