Oracle Invests $10 Million to Restore Nashville Symphony Season
Oracle is investing $10 million in the financially troubled Nashville Symphony through a strategic partnership, days after the orchestra suspended its 2026–27 season and announced planned furloughs to address an operating shortfall of about $10 million. The funding allows the season to resume, keeps musicians and full-time staff employed, and brings performances back to the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Oracle said the commitment reflects its ties to Nashville as it develops a headquarters on the city’s East Bank. Symphony leaders and local officials welcomed the gift as immediate relief, but the organization still needs to restructure and secure long-term financial stability.
