Home Sales Range From $450,000 to $4.8 Million

Recent home sales ranged from $450,000 in Crystal Lake and $500,000 in McHenry to $4.802 million in Monte Sereno. San Jose homes sold for $2.1 million, $2.525 million and $3.389 million, while Los Gatos sales reached $2.85 million and $3.2 million. An Oakland three-bedroom home sold for $1.8 million, and a four-bedroom Windsor house sold for $963,000. The properties had features including pools, fireplaces and garages, and lots ranging from about 5,200 to 10,000 square feet.
