Nordstrom Rack Adds Stores in Four Markets

Nordstrom Rack’s expansion now includes stores in Lakewood, Colorado; McAllen, Texas; Canton, Michigan; and East Brunswick, New Jersey, with the first three among the newly opened locations. The stores range from about 24,000 to 35,000 square feet and sell discounted apparel, shoes, accessories, beauty products and home goods, with savings of up to 70%. McAllen is the retailer’s first store in the Rio Grande Valley and its only location south of San Antonio; some locations offer online order pickup and returns, and grand-opening events include giveaways and other promotions. A 28,000-square-foot store is planned for Atlanta’s Atlantic Station, but its opening date has not been announced. Nordstrom also plans a roughly 25,315-square-foot store in New Braunfels, Texas, where construction is scheduled for February through July 2027; no opening date has been confirmed.
