Aramco Reports 34.5% Q3 Net Profit Rise
Saudi Aramco’s third-quarter 2026 net profit rose 34.5% year over year to $36.25 billion, while adjusted net income increased about 9% to $31.2 billion, beating analyst expectations. Higher prices for crude, refined and chemical products drove the gains, with the average realized crude price reaching $95.20 a barrel despite lower sales volumes and conflict-related disruption. Aramco said attacks on energy facilities and uncertainty around regional shipping routes heightened supply risks, while its flexible supply network helped it continue serving customers. Operating and free cash flow increased, and the company declared a quarterly base dividend of $21.9 billion, up 3.5% from a year earlier. Downstream adjusted earnings surged on stronger refining margins, production began at the Zuluf project, and Aramco said it was advancing other major projects and pursuing additional export routes and overseas storage.
