Lilly, Hims Partner to Offer Obesity Drugs
Eli Lilly and Hims & Hers announced on Friday, Nov. 6, 2026, that eligible patients can obtain prescribed, FDA-approved Zepbound (tirzepatide) and Foundayo (orforglipron) through the Hims telehealth platform without being sent to LillyDirect or a separate pharmacy. Self-pay prices start at $299 a month for injectable Zepbound and $149 a month for the oral Foundayo pill. Hims committed not to offer compounded versions or knockoffs of Lilly's medicines, and providers on its platform keep independent clinical decision-making. Hims already lists Novo Nordisk's Wegovy at Novo's self-pay prices. Ilya Yuffa of Lilly said the firm is always looking for ways to help more people get medicines they need by meeting patients where they already are, and that millions seek care through Hims. Andrew Dudum of Hims said the collaboration ensures better access to revolutionary medications when innovative companies come together. HIMS traded up 7.36% pre-market Friday after a 9.75% Thursday drop; LLY was lower pre-market after a 3.76% Thursday decline. WHAT'S CONTESTED: The record shows no disagreement among outlets on deal terms, prices, or structure.
