Cabot Man Faces 200-Plus Child Exploitation Charges
A Cabot, Arkansas, man, Mark Czerwonka, faces 210 felony counts after an investigation that began with a cyber tip about images of suspected child sexual abuse material. Police say a search of a Talladega Drive residence on Oct. 21 led to the seizure of electronic devices and 20 alleged child sexual abuse images, resulting in 20 counts related to possessing, viewing or distributing sexually explicit material involving a child. After examining the devices, investigators obtained a second warrant and added 187 video-voyeurism counts and three counts of producing, directing or promoting a child sexual performance. Police say the investigation is ongoing and could lead to additional charges; the accusations have not been proven in court.
