Cafes launch, plan expansions across regions

Several small businesses are expanding their café offerings. Nook’s in Kirkintilloch is preparing to launch Nook’s To Go, while The Mallard pub in Lyneham has opened Lyneham Lounge, a daytime café run by the Evans family. In Ashburn, Virginia, Turkish and Middle Eastern bakery-restaurant Cozmo One plans to open a second location before year’s end. Fresno’s Mokha Harbor Cafe is also planning a larger second site near the airport, with a drive-through, and a care home in Aberlour has started a weekly dog-friendly café called Barklands, with a second branch planned in Grantown-on-Spey.
