The Cape Girardeau Parks Foundation held its 21st annual Spaghetti Day fundraiser on Nov. 5 at A.C. Brase Arena, bringing residents, local businesses and sponsors together to support parks and recreation programs and facility improvements. Organizers said proceeds help fund opportunities for children and families, including participation in Cape Park Leagues and other community projects. The event offered dine-in and carryout meals from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
