Harbaugh to Evaluate Offense and Coordinator After Chargers Fall to 0-6

The Los Angeles Chargers fell to 0-6 with a 22-6 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, their worst start since 2000, and will use their bye week to reassess the team. Coach Jim Harbaugh said he would evaluate every aspect of the operation, including the offense and new coordinator Mike McDaniel, but did not say whether McDaniel would stop calling plays; Harbaugh previously said McDaniel’s job was not in jeopardy. Los Angeles managed 259 yards and no touchdowns, while quarterback Justin Herbert threw his eighth interception in six games. Injuries have depleted the offensive line and forced frequent lineup changes, adding to the challenges as the team searches for answers.
