CHICKENLEIGH, IT'S CHRISTMAS: Jane Williamson starts the holidays on November 1

Jane Williamson hits the camera with the line first: CHICKENLEIGH, IT'S CHRISTMAS.
The creator who posts as janeinsane_ plays an over-the-top Utah mom. The whole joke is the hard flip. Halloween has barely ended on November 1 and she is already full Christmas, calling out to her fictional daughter Chickenleigh—a name she pulled straight from Chick-fil-A.
She built the character years earlier. In a 2022 interview on The KSL Noon Show she traced how it began. "I used to make fun of influencers and then it just kind of like rotated into like there's like a lot of Utah mom stereotypes I could probably make this into a character," she said. On camera she pushes further. "I just go way over the top the laugh," she told the host, adding that "it's a little more psychotic in my videos."
An earlier Halloween-to-Christmas version of the bit had already drawn close to 14 million views by that sit-down. Fans stop her in public, including once at the Oregon airport. At home she is raising a three-year-old and a one-year-old.
The fresh November 1 skit, set to Mariah Carey’s All I Want for Christmas Is You, locked onto the same rush with zero pause. That familiar leap is what made people hit share. Five days later Williamson posted her own update. "The video has surpassed 140M views in just 5 days! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!!" A YouTube share titled Utah moms on Nov 1st picked up 133,861 likes on its own.
