Children’s National earns 10th straight Honor Roll spot in U.S. News rankings
U.S. News & World Report’s 2026-27 Best Children’s Hospitals rankings recognized pediatric hospitals across Ohio and the Washington, D.C., region for specialty care, outcomes and patient safety. Children’s National in Washington made the national Honor Roll for the 10th consecutive year, ranked in all 11 specialties and earned top-10 recognition in several areas, including neurology, cancer, orthopedics, neonatology, gastroenterology and diabetes and endocrinology. In Ohio, Cincinnati Children’s was named the state’s top pediatric hospital for the fifth straight year, while Cincinnati Children’s and Nationwide Children’s in Columbus earned Honor Roll recognition and high rankings across specialties. Cleveland Clinic Children’s ranked among the nation’s top 50 pediatric hospitals for an 18th consecutive year, with neonatology and cardiology and heart surgery placing among the top 20 nationally. Dayton Children’s earned national recognition in orthopedics for the seventh consecutive year and in neonatology for the second consecutive year.
