Chiropractor Posts $1.75M Bail in Child Porn Cases

Casimer Kobylinski, a 71-year-old chiropractor, has pleaded not guilty to 42 felony charges across cases in Milwaukee and Sheboygan counties, including allegations of possessing child sexual abuse material, violating bail conditions and taking sexual photos of minors. Investigators say searches of his clinic and home devices uncovered images of children, and prosecutors allege he violated restrictions imposed after an earlier case. He posted $1.75 million in cash bail, with court-ordered restrictions that include living outside his Milwaukee home and not having a cellphone. His cases remain pending in both counties.
