Class Actions Filed Against D-Wave, XTI
D-Wave Quantum shares have fallen sharply amid weak revenue, losses, and investor concern about whether the company can turn a surge in bookings into sales, despite a growing backlog and federal funding. First-half 2026 revenue totaled about $5.9 million, while analysts’ full-year forecast would require a substantial second-half increase; management expects much of the year’s revenue in the fourth quarter. A securities class action alleges that D-Wave overstated its business and financial prospects and that its public statements misled investors during the period from February 26 to August 25, 2026. Investors who acquired shares during that period have been urged to seek information about the case before the December 15 lead-plaintiff deadline.
