Clearmind Plans $2.5M Acquisition of EV Charging Stake

Clearmind Medicine has agreed to acquire a 51% stake in Charging Robotics, an Israeli developer of intelligent wireless EV-charging systems for automated parking facilities, autonomous mobile platforms and robotaxis. The purchase price is $2.5 million, and Clearmind will provide Charging Robotics with a $1.5 million loan bearing 4% annual interest as a condition of closing. Charging Robotics’ technology can deliver up to 10 kilowatts of continuous charging while managing vehicle communications and power allocation without manual cable connections. The transaction is expected to close during the week of September 7, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
