Club Wyndham to open 1990s Christmas suite with VHS tapes and board games
Nostalgia for 1990s holiday traditions is inspiring families to recreate childhood celebrations, with Club Wyndham research finding that 93% of parents do so regularly or occasionally. The company is leaning into the trend with its Holiday Rewind Suite at Club Wyndham Midtown 45, an immersive Christmas 1999-themed stay featuring VHS movies, board games, disposable cameras, vintage holiday decorations and a late-’90s teen bedroom. Actress Jodie Sweetin is promoting the experience, which is scheduled to be bookable from Nov. 6, 2026, through Jan. 4, 2027; a sweepstakes will award one winner a two-night stay.
