Coach Celebrates 85th Anniversary With NYFW Show

Coach opened New York Fashion Week with its Spring 2027 show, marking the New York brand’s 85th anniversary with a collection focused on memory, individuality and reworked house signatures rather than a straightforward retrospective. Elle Fanning and Storm Reid led a front row that also included Troye Sivan, Ayra Starr, Iris Law, Isan Elba and other emerging figures from music, film and fashion, reflecting Coach’s blend of established ambassadors and younger style voices. Fanning wore a leopard-print coat, red leather and a black beret, while Reid chose a checked mini dress, illustrating the label’s varied approach to personal styling. The Pier 36 presentation used a dark, bar-inspired setting, vintage television displays and a palette of neutral tailoring, black leather and softened classic accessories. After the show, Coach continued the anniversary theme with a Studio 54-inspired party featuring cocktails, DJs, voguing dancers and a surprise performance by Violet Chachki.
