Colorado warmth expected, mountain showers forecast
Much of Colorado is expected to stay warmer than average, with mild overnight temperatures and sunny, mostly dry conditions across southern Colorado through much of the workweek. The main exception is the mountains, where isolated showers are forecast, especially in southern and western areas; precipitation is not expected to be widespread. Later in the week, mountain rain could raise localized flooding and mudslide concerns, while a cooler, wetter pattern may arrive statewide over the weekend.
