Cowboys Add Former Heisman Finalist Trask to Practice Squad
The Dallas Cowboys signed quarterback Kyle Trask to their practice squad after Joe Milton was signed to the Philadelphia Eagles’ active roster. Trask, a 2021 second-round pick by Tampa Bay and Heisman Trophy finalist at Florida, joins Dak Prescott and Sam Howell in Dallas’ quarterback room. He has appeared in seven NFL games, completing 4 of 11 passes for 28 yards, and has also spent time with Atlanta and Carolina. The Cowboys also promoted safety Juanyeh Thomas to the active roster and waived cornerback Caelen Carson.
