Separate crashes in Yarmouth, Massachusetts; George, Iowa; Cincinnati; Pottstown, Pennsylvania; and Hopkinton, Rhode Island, injured multiple people. In Yarmouth, two people were taken to Cape Cod Hospital after a three-vehicle collision on westbound Route 6. In Iowa, a driver and passenger were hurt when their vehicle left the road; the driver was seriously injured and the passenger had minor injuries. Cincinnati police said two occupants were hospitalized after a two-car crash, while the other driver fled; the road was closed as investigators worked at the scene. Two people were hospitalized after a crash involving a motorcycle, van, and car in Pottstown, and two people riding a motorcycle were reported seriously injured in Hopkinton, where police and state police are investigating.

California, Georgia Crashes Injure Several
