A 28-year-old motorcyclist from Winslow, New Jersey, was killed in Monroe Township after his eastbound motorcycle struck an SUV turning left from a driveway onto New Brooklyn Road; the SUV driver suffered minor injuries. In Clarksville, Tennessee, 34-year-old Ethan Hoggatt died on Halloween when his motorcycle crashed on Excell Road near Farmers Road; police said it struck a building and are seeking information or video as the investigation continues. In San Antonio, 23-year-old motorcyclist Julie Brigham was killed in an October 14 crash involving an automobile, and the car’s driver was arrested on intoxication-related assault and manslaughter charges.
