Dayton Driver Gets Two Years After Rollover Chase

Demetric Hagler Sr., 47, was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to failing to comply with a police officer’s signal to stop. On Feb. 10, he fled a traffic stop in Dayton, driving about 75 mph in a 35-mph zone before losing control of his car, nearly colliding head-on with another vehicle and rolling onto the roof. Hagler sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital before being booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
