Delivery Hero raises 2026 outlook as Q3 GMV grows 13.6%

Delivery Hero raised its 2026 outlook for the second time this year, forecasting gross merchandise value growth of 10%–12%, up from 9%–11%, as strong demand lifted third-quarter GMV 13.6% year over year to €13.9 billion and revenue 22% to €4.3 billion. The company recorded more than one billion orders in the quarter, with subscribers contributing 51% of GMV; its quick-commerce business grew 39%. Delivery Hero said its customer-experience strategy is driving growth and profitability, while it continues to weigh a takeover offer from Uber.
