Derby Man Sentenced to 121 Months for CSAM

Cody S. Bingham, 25, of Derby, Kansas, was sentenced to 121 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to distributing child sexual abuse material. The FBI said it identified Bingham in 2025 while monitoring an online chatroom where users exchanged illegal material; he shared images, requested fabricated images of a minor, and sent photographs of the minor to an undercover agent. A search of Bingham’s home uncovered electronic devices containing further abusive material. The case was prosecuted as part of federal efforts to combat child sexual exploitation.
