Authorities in Baton Rouge arrested 20-year-old Mia Camille Dawson after a crash near LSU killed student Leah Fonte, 21, and her fiancé, Shane Hirstius, 21. In a separate fatal crash in Shreveport, police arrested 56-year-old Jose Ernesto Desantos after a pedestrian was struck while crossing Mansfield Road and the driver fled.
