EBC Launches Foundation Targeting 6,000 People by 2027
EBC Financial Group has launched the Singapore-registered EBC Group Foundation, funded entirely by the company, to formalize charitable work spanning more than 100 projects across dozens of countries over five years. The Foundation aims to help at least 6,000 people by the end of 2027 and requires that its support reach intended beneficiaries, using locally registered organizations that pass due diligence and a documented beneficiary-selection process. Earlier efforts included disaster relief in Taiwan, support for children in Thailand, and school supplies for students in Mongolia and Nigeria. EBC also maintains partnerships supporting girls’ education and empowerment and efforts to combat malaria.
