Eli Lilly Raises 2026 Revenue Forecast for Third Time This Year
Eli Lilly reported a record third quarter, with revenue rising 39% to $24.4 billion and exceeding Wall Street expectations by about $2 billion. Strong demand for its diabetes and weight-loss drugs, particularly Mounjaro and Zepbound, drove the results and offset lower realized prices. Adjusted earnings per share were $7.48, above analysts’ $6.26 estimate, while deal-related expenses weighed on reported profit. Lilly raised its 2026 revenue forecast for the third time this year, to $91 billion to $92 billion from $85 billion to $87 billion; its shares rose in premarket trading.
