Cher's Son Elijah Allman Indicted on New Hampshire Felony Charge

Elijah Blue Allman, Cher’s son, has been indicted by a New Hampshire grand jury on a felony criminal mischief charge stemming from an alleged March 1 break-in at a Windham home. Police allege that Allman broke a glass panel in the back door, entered while the homeowner hid in a closet and called 911, and then sat on a couch smoking a cigarette; court records also cite damage to the door and a rug. Allman has pleaded not guilty to the criminal mischief, burglary and breach-of-bail charges, and the indictment is not a finding of guilt. His arraignment on the new felony charge is scheduled for Oct. 2, while proceedings have been delayed as he receives treatment at New Hampshire State Hospital. Allman also faces separate charges related to an alleged disturbance at Concord’s St. Paul’s School, with a competency hearing scheduled for November.
