Carla Jeffery Dies at 33; Tributes Pour In

Carla Jeffery, best known as Bree in Disney’s Zombies, died on September 1, 2026 at age 33 with no publicly disclosed cause of death. Her longtime agency, Alexanders Talent Management, confirmed the news and said she joined the agency at age 12 and spent more than two decades with them. Jeffery’s career spanned Disney Channel projects and a wide range of TV roles, including Shake It Up, Good Luck Charlie, iCarly, Southland, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, American Vandal, and her voice work as Bree in Zombies: The Re-Animated Series. Tributes poured in from Zombies cast members and colleagues, praising her bright spirit and warmth. Jeffery was a Houston native whose work resonated with a generation of Disney viewers.
