Greta Gerwig Narnia Trailer Uses Led Zeppelin and Psychedelic Style

Netflix has released the first trailer for Greta Gerwig’s *Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew*, an adaptation of C.S. Lewis’s 1955 novel about the creation of Narnia. It follows Digory Kirke and Polly Plummer, played by David McKenna and Beatrice Campbell, as magical rings take them to the Wood Between the Worlds; the cast also includes Daniel Craig as Uncle Andrew, Emma Mackey as Jadis and Meryl Streep voicing Aslan. The trailer features psychedelic imagery and Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven,” and its creative choices and visual style have drawn both praise and criticism. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical and IMAX release on February 12, 2027, followed by streaming on Netflix on April 2.
