Universal Plans Indoor Monsters Coaster at Epic Universe

Universal Orlando is building a new indoor roller coaster in Epic Universe’s Dark Universe, next to Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment. The attraction will tell an original story inspired by the Universal Monsters franchise; its specific theme and opening date have not been announced, though construction is underway and the opening is planned for the years ahead. It will join the land’s existing rides, Monsters Unchained and Curse of the Werewolf, and become Epic Universe’s first new ride since the park opened in 2025.
