EquipmentShare Investors Urged Before September 21 Deadline
Investors in Flotek Industries are being urged to join a proposed securities class action alleging the company misrepresented the viability of a 10-year, 400-megawatt Puerto Rico power-generation contract; the allegations followed a report that the agreement had been canceled and a sharp decline in Flotek’s stock price. Separately, several law firms announced securities litigation involving EquipmentShare.com, covering investors who bought shares in or traceable to the company’s January 2026 initial public offering or during the subsequent class period. The complaints allege EquipmentShare failed to disclose related-party transactions involving entities affiliated with its founders and made misleading statements about its finances and prospects. The litigation followed a research report alleging that such transactions generated at least $77 million for founder-affiliated entities, after which EquipmentShare shares fell substantially. Proposed lead-plaintiff deadlines are October 26, 2026, for the Flotek case and September 21, 2026, for the EquipmentShare case.
