Everpure Issues Preliminary FY28 Revenue Outlook of $7B to $7.3B

Everpure reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook of $5.03 billion to $5.07 billion, representing 37% to 38% growth, and issued a preliminary fiscal 2028 forecast of $7 billion to $7.3 billion, or 39% to 45% growth. The 2028 outlook exceeds analysts’ estimate of about $6.19 billion and reflects the company’s confidence in continued momentum across its business. Shares rose 7.6% in after-hours trading following the announcement, after gaining 64% this year through Wednesday’s close. Everpure identified Core and Core AI, modern data software, Scale AI and hyperscale solutions as key growth areas, with the latter three expected to contribute roughly 20% of revenue by fiscal 2030. The company described the 2028 figures as a preliminary outlook rather than formal guidance, while analysts noted that greater clarity on targets and evidence of hyperscaler deals converting into revenue could provide a stronger catalyst.
