Fall Festivals Draw Thousands Across Regions
Communities marked autumn with festivals and seasonal attractions, from Gordon’s Nursery and Floral’s first fall festival in Huntington, which featured vendors, hayrides, games and a pumpkin patch, to Renovo’s 77th annual Flaming Foliage Festival parade. More than 6,000 people visited New Brunswick’s Crabbe Mountain Fall Festival of Colours, where vendors, hayrides and chairlift views helped draw visitors and generate revenue beyond the ski season. Fort Drum’s autumn display also highlighted colorful foliage across the post, including around its parks and military buildings.
